Winery Shared Recipes: Hot Pepper Cheese Cake Joan Irish Ingredients:1 8 oz pkg. cream cheese, 1 8 oz
jar hot pepper jelly, Divide into ½ portions, 9 oz pkg. Sharp cheddar cheese,
2 cloves minced garlic, 1 egg Instructions: Mix with mixer all ingredients in bowl plus ½ jar of jelly. Set aside ½ jelly for topping. Pour into 6" round spring form pan. Bake at 350 for 35min. Test center like a cake. done when toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely and place on serving dish. Heat remainder of jelly until slightly liquid for ease of pouring. Glaze over top of cheesecake. Serve with crackers. Try any of our
